Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 5 eggs
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- 375 g flour
- some water, lukewarm to taste
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix together the flour, quark, water, and spices, let it sit for 15 minutes, and then press it through a Knöpfle sieve with a spatula (in two batches). Keep the first batch warm, then pour everything into a frying pan and melt the butter. Serve with fresh parsley.
