Pan-fried spaghetti

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80g spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 500 ml chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

the spaghetti is prepared like risotto

Peel and dice the onion. Finely chop the garlic clove and finely dice the tomatoes. Sauté the diced onion in olive oil, add the diced tomatoes and garlic, and sauté briefly. Add the spaghetti and sauté. Gradually add the chicken stock. The spaghetti will absorb the liquid and become beautifully flavorful. After about 12 minutes, the spaghetti is cooked. If there is still some liquid in the pan, reduce it over high heat. Season with salt and pepper. This is a side dish to meat or fish without sauce. If you increase the amount of pasta and perhaps add olives and cheese, it also makes a delicious main course.
