Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- 3 large tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 rosemary sprigs, fresh
- Oregano, dried
- Paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper

Simple, low-carb
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat. Cut the chicken breast fillets in half and divide each into two cutlets. Season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Slice the tomatoes, mozzarella, and garlic. Top the chicken cutlets first with the tomatoes, then with the mozzarella. Add the garlic to the baking dish. Then sprinkle the rosemary and the remaining spices over the top. Place the baking dish on the middle rack and bake for 15-20 minutes.
