Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 baguette(s) (stone oven baguette), for baking
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 300 g Gouda, young, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 200 g herb curd
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the baguette open and halve the pieces. Top each piece with ham. Dice the tomatoes and peppers and arrange them on top of the ham. Season with salt and top with cheese. Bake on baking paper in an oven preheated to 170°C (340°F) for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve garnished with herb curd cheese.
