Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g flour
  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 125 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add the butter and cream cheese and knead everything into a dough. Roll out the dough and place it in a greased 24 cm quiche dish, pulling up the edges. Refrigerate the dish for 30 minutes. Now you can add any topping and glaze to the base. Bake the quiche in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 30 minutes.
