Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 300 g cream cheese
- 200 g salami or chorizo salami
- 10 g olive oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 g tomatoes, pureed
- 400 g mozzarella, grated
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
Set the crock pot to high. Finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté them with the olive oil in the crock pot or in a pan for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, slice the salami (if it’s in one piece) and mix it in a bowl with the cream cheese, tomatoes, and grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cheese mixture to the crock pot and roast on high for 90 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm for dipping. Goes wonderfully with: toasted low-carb bread, veggie sticks, or low-carb chips: low-carb bacon chips, low-carb Parmesan chips, low-carb potato chips. 295 kcal per serving.
