Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, prepare the paprika ketchup: Sauté the peppers and onions in olive oil, but do not let them brown. Thicken with paprika paste, deglaze with wine (whatever you have on hand), and let it thicken again. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the sugar until dissolved. Remove the mixture from the heat and pass through a fine sieve. Let it cool. The hamburgers: Mix the ground beef, almonds, eggs, onions, banana, and parsley and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Slowly fry the mixture in thin flatbreads. Cut open the buns (Durochka’s hamburger buns are great) and top with vegetables and hamburgers to taste. Spread the paprika ketchup on top and eat with great pleasure.
