Baked porridge with apple

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
  • 75 ml low-fat milk
  • 3 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 small apple, cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple and delicious breakfast

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Brush a small casserole dish with olive oil. Combine the oats, milk, baking powder, egg whites, applesauce, salt, and half the cinnamon in a bowl and pour into the casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Garnish with the apple, nuts, cinnamon, and honey.
