Baked oats in the air fryer

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120 g oat flakes or oat flour
  • 100 g peanut butter
  • 100 g Skyr
  • 150 g applesauce
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g milk (of your choice)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 20 g almond flakes
  • 1 handful of berries, frozen
  • maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the air fryer. Blend the oats, peanut butter, skyr, applesauce, egg, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl (e.g., with an immersion blender, stand mixer, etc.). Then add the frozen berries and stir lightly. Transfer the mixture to a greased bowl, then sprinkle the frozen berries and almonds over the mixture and press them in slightly. Place the bowl in the air fryer and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes. Top with maple syrup or omit to avoid sugar.
