Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta
- 300 g white cabbage
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Parsley
- 75 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
simple Austrian pasta dish
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Finely chop the onion and fry lightly in oil, then add the ground beef. Cut the white cabbage into approximately 1 cm wide strips, then mix with the browned beef. Season with salt and pepper and add approximately 75 ml of water. Close the lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the pasta and mix, then let stand for 5 minutes. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the top.
