Finger food

Peel the Sharon fruit, remove the stems, and finely dice the flesh. Drizzle the cubes with lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Finely slice the basil leaves and mix with the salsa. Cut the Camembert into 1-centimeter-thick slices, then slice to the size of the crackers. Dip the cheese pieces in the egg, then in the panko, repeating this process and pressing down lightly. Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the cheese until golden brown on all sides and drain on paper towels. Spread the Camembert on the crackers. Spoon the salsa on top.
