- 1 watermelon(s)
- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese

Brilliant 2 minutes – little something for unexpected visitors – ideal in summer
Simply cut individual pieces from the melon, dice them into manageable pieces, and place a little feta on each piece. If you have more time, you can also create beautiful skewers. One of my Greek friends showed me this recipe – I was skeptical at first, but I was immediately impressed by how beautifully the delicious feta melts with the fresh melon in your mouth. Just give it a try!
