Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 small shallot(s)
- 125 g oat bran
- 60 g Parmesan
- 40 g cheese, grated
- 125 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- some butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
vegetarian, easy, quick
Dice the shallot, mix it with the other ingredients in a bowl, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Press the mixture flat against the bottom of the bowl and let it rest for 20 minutes. The dough will then have a nice, sticky consistency. Form the dough into balls and fry them in a pan with butter until browned. Tip: Serve with a garlic dip.
