Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ bell pepper(s), red
- 100 g white cabbage
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp quark (cottage cheese)
- 1 tsp sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder
- 1 pinch(s) of paprika powder, hot
- some butter
- e.g. noodles
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Poppy seed noodles with a twist
Wash the bell peppers and cabbage leaves and cut into strips. Blanch the cabbage in salted water for 2-3 minutes, drain, rinse, and let it drain. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the crushed garlic and poppy seeds. Sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the cabbage, season, mix well, and sauté for another 2 minutes. Stir in the cooked pasta. Stir in the sour cream and curd cheese and serve.
