Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 large kohlrabi
- 1 ½ cups cream
- 5 potatoes
- pepper
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Cut the kohlrabi into thin slices. Add the vegetables to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for about 7 minutes over medium heat; the kohlrabi should still be firm to the bite. Add the cream and let it warm over the turned-off stovetop. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in their jackets.
