Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 6 potatoes
- 2 jars of sauerkraut, of your choice
- 200 ml water or broth
- salt and pepper
- some paprika powder, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Season the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Once the minced meat is well browned, fry the potatoes briefly. Then add water or broth and simmer until the potatoes are tender. Then add the sauerkraut (we always use Debrecen style), heat briefly, and then season to taste.
