Lemon sauce with turkey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g turkey meat (light)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ¼ liter chicken broth
  • 200 g cream
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Sauce thickener, light
  • Pepper, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the meat. Peel and finely dice the carrots. Trim and slice the leeks. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat. Then add the carrots and leeks and fry briefly. Pour in the chicken stock and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the cream and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Thicken the sauce to taste with a sauce thickener. Serve with pasta.
