  • 500 g turkey breast fillet(s)

  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 125 ml sweet cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Slice the leek into thin rings. Slice the turkey breast fillets into strips and fry. Add the leek. Season with pepper, soy sauce, and curry powder. Pour in the chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the sweet cream with the flour, add it, and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Serve with rice.
