Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 80 g sugar
  • 4 tbsp white wine
  • 800 g apples, peeled and pitted weighed
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g almond sticks
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 50 g sugar
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Knead the butter, flour, sugar, and white wine into a shortcrust pastry and refrigerate overnight. Cut the apples into small pieces and sauté them with the 2 tablespoons of white wine, sugar, and grated lemon zest until soft. Add the cinnamon, raisins, and almonds. Halve the dough. Line a springform pan with baking paper. Roll out half of the pastry and place it in the pan (with a rim). Spread the cooled filling on top, roll out the remaining pastry, and place it on top of the cake. Bake at 180°C (350°F) in an electric oven or 150°C (300°F) in a fan-assisted oven for approximately 50-60 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
