Quick plum and cherry tart

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g almond(s), ground
  • some milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 jar plum(s)
  • 1 jar cherry(s)
  • Cinnamon
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Plum potato

Drain the plums and cherries. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy, then stir in the flour, almonds, and milk. Chill for 1/2 hour. Pour into a greased tart dish, arrange the plums and cherries on top, and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes. Once the tart has cooled slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.
