Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g condensed milk
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g butter
- 1 package of butter biscuits
- 10 sheets of puff pastry
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Halve or quarter the puff pastry and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan assisted oven) for approximately 5-7 minutes. Then let it cool. Meanwhile, briefly beat the condensed milk with butter and vanilla sugar until creamy. Crumble the butter biscuits, spread the cream over the finished puff pastry, and roll in the crumbled butter biscuits. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
