Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 g flour
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g butter
  • 150 g apricot jam
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 400 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 6 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet and spread it out. It’s best to do this slightly with a little flour and a rolling pin. Spread the jam over the dough. Add the next 4 ingredients to the saucepan, melt, and mix with 6 tablespoons of water. Spread the mixture over the dough. Then bake the nut wedges in the oven at 175°C for about 45 minutes. Once the nut wedges have cooled, cut them into wedges and dip the pointed corners in melted chocolate.
