Redfish fillet Puszta style

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 redfish fillets (200 g each)
  • 8 tbsp flour
  • 4 tsp spice mix (Puszta dust for chicken)
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 organic lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rinse the redfish fillets under running water and pat dry. Check for any remaining bones. If so, remove them with bone tweezers. Season the fish fillets with the seasoning mix. Sprinkle a little flour on a plate, toss the fillets in it, and tap off any excess. Slice the lemon. Heat a pan with the sunflower oil over medium heat and fry the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Arrange the redfish fillets, garnished with lemon slices, and serve.
