Heat the milk. Make a dough from the flour, yeast, 80g sugar, salt, room-temperature butter, and milk. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangular sheet about 1cm thick. Mix the nuts or poppy seeds with the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar and the cream, then spread it on the dough. Roll the dough up from the short side and cut into 2cm-thick slices. Then place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with the condensed milk. Bake in the hot oven for 20 minutes, then let it rest for 5 minutes in the switched-off oven. Then remove and let cool.
