Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (bought or homemade)
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 200 g cake icing (whole milk)
- 50 g chocolate, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until fluffy. Fold in the mascarpone. Spread this cream over the cake base. Melt the cake glaze and pour it on top, letting it cool slightly. Then melt the white chocolate and sprinkle it over the cake glaze. Let it cool.
