Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar
- 600 ml whipped cream
- 60 g sweets (Daim)

Whip the cream until stiff. Combine the egg yolks and sugar. Add the cream and whisk again. Chop the Daim into small pieces and then stir it into the cream mixture. Finally, transfer the mixture to a suitable baking dish and place it in the freezer for at least 5 hours. Tip: I always line the dish with wax paper. This makes it easier to remove the finished ice cream cake from the dish later.
