Kefir waffles with wheat bran

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 30 g vegetable oil (Omega 3)
  • 80 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g bran (wheat)
  • 250 g spelt flour, type 630
  • 70 g thick juice (agave syrup)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 250 ml kefir
  • 100 ml milk, 0.3% fat
  • 4 drops of bitter almond flavor
  • 2 g salt
  • 50 g almond flakes
  • 10 g gingerbread spice
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Waffles

Mix all ingredients together. Finally, fold in the flaked almonds. Heat the waffle iron. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the waffle iron and bake. Remove the waffle, dust with powdered sugar, and eat while still warm.
