Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 150 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 apples
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • Cinnamon, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat oil in a pan. Mix the eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and sugar into a smooth batter, then fry about 4 pancakes in the pan. While they cool, finely grate the apples. Mix the cream cheese with the quark and vanilla sugar until smooth, then fold in the apple mixture. Spread the mixture over the pancakes and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Finally, simply roll up the pancakes and cut into swirls. Per serving: Fat: 37g, 3.0g, Protein: 27.4g, Carbohydrate: 42g
