Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g almonds, unpeeled, finely ground
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp, sautéed cinnamon
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg white
- 150 g powdered sugar
- Powdered sugar for cutting out

stay nice and soft, makes 60 pieces
Mix the almonds, powdered sugar, and cinnamon. Add 2 egg whites, mix in with the dough hook of a hand mixer, and knead well with your hands. Roll out the dough in portions between two sheets of plastic wrap to about 1 cm thick. Use the cookie cutter (dip in powdered sugar frequently) to cut out stars. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Beat one egg white until stiff, gradually add the powdered sugar, and continue beating. Brush the stars with the sugar. Bake at 150°C (preheated, fan-assisted oven) for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
