Apple curry sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 1 small apple, sour, e.g. Boskoop, diced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp, heaped flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • some curry powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with meatloaf, fish and much more

Sauté the onions and apple in butter, then sprinkle in the flour and cook until lightly browned. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Season to taste with curry, sugar, salt, and pepper.
