Delicious and super quick to make in a 26cm round baking pan! Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy! Just a little longer! Add the oil, milk, and egg liqueur! Mix the baking powder with the flour, cornstarch, and pudding mix, add a pinch of salt, and stir in a spoonful at a time. Stir well! Grease or spray the pan and fill the bottom with some of the liquid batter! Place the peeled apples, drizzled with lemon juice, and sliced onto the batter! TIP: Hollow out the peeled apples with an apple corer and slice them very thinly with a cucumber slicer; this creates an applesauce effect after baking! Pour the remaining batter over the apples and bake in the oven preheated to 175°C (350°F) for about 35-40 minutes. Do the toothpick test!
