Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter, soft
- 100 g powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg white
- 150 g flour
- 150 g cornstarch
- some flour for shaping

Combine butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg whites. Sift together the flour and cornstarch, stir 2/3 into the mixture, and knead in the rest. If the dough is still too sticky, chill it for a few minutes. Form a log about 1.5 cm thick, cut into rounds about 1.5 cm thick, and then place them on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a floured fork so that the notches are clearly visible. Now place the cookies in the unheated oven and bake at 170°C (fan oven) for 8-10 minutes.
