Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 kg quark, low-fat
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- 1 pkt. sauce powder, vanilla flavor
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- ½ cup(s) oil
- 3 can/n mandarin oranges, drained
- possibly cake glaze, clear (2 packets)

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Sheet cake
Mix the flour with the baking powder, add the 200g sugar, the butter, and the one egg, and make a dough. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and prick it several times with a fork. Separate the four eggs. Beat the egg whites with 1 tablespoon of cold water until stiff peaks form. Mix the remaining ingredients with the egg yolks thoroughly, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Spread the mixture over the dough. Top with mandarin oranges. Bake at 175°C for about 45 minutes. Once cooled, you can drizzle with a clear glaze (2 packets). It also tastes great with apricots or cherries!
