Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of spaetzle, from the refrigerated section
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 bag of cheese (Edam), grated
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Extra creamy
Sauté the diced onions in a pan. Add the uncooked spaetzle to the pan and fry until evenly heated. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the cream over the onions and scatter the cheese over the top. Stir well and serve.
