Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g ham, raw, diced
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quickly made ham sandwiches, good to take away

Knead all ingredients together. Form small rolls (approx. 40). Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 35 minutes until golden brown. The rolls taste best warm from the oven and should be eaten the same day. This has never been a problem!
