Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • n. B. Water, lukewarm
  • 1 can of sauce (pizza sauce) of your choice
  • 200 g ham
  • 150g salami
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • Cheese for sprinkling
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Sift the flour into a mixing bowl, add salt. Crumble in the yeast and stir lightly. Add the pizza seasoning and a little water, and continue stirring. Gradually add water until you have a nice, smooth dough that pulls away from the bowl. Knead it a little more by hand and let it rise in a covered bowl in a warm water bath for 20 minutes. Lightly grease the baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare the ingredients. Once the dough has risen, roll it out on the baking tray and spread the pizza sauce on it. Top with ham, salami, and any other ingredients of your choice. Finally, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for approx. 20 to 30 minutes, until the cheese is nicely browned.
