Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g applesauce
  • 100 g quark
  • 100 g chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 10 g sweetener
  • 300 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the flour with the baking powder. Put the softened, almost melted butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, sweetener, and pudding mix in a bowl and beat with a mixer for about 2 minutes until light and creamy. Then gradually mix in the eggs. Then add the applesauce and quark and beat for another 2 minutes. Gradually add the baking powder and flour. The amount of flour can vary; usually add it according to taste until the dough is quite firm but still sticky. Now fold in the chocolate; please do not use the mixer. Line the baking tray with baking paper or grease it. Use a teaspoon to take small portions, place them on the paper, and flatten them, unless you prefer them a little thicker (which will make them fluffier). Bake at 190°C (375°F) top/bottom heat for about 8 minutes.
