super easy and fast

First, cut the bacon into approximately 5 mm cubes and fry them in a pan without adding any oil or butter until crispy. In the meantime, grate the carrot very finely and finely chop the garlic. If you don’t like a particularly intense garlic flavor, you can use a little garlic powder instead of the fresh garlic. Remove the bacon from the pan, drain on kitchen paper, and let it cool. When the bacon is no longer warm, mix it well with the carrots, garlic, and cream cheese in a bowl and season with a little pepper and salt (careful, as bacon is often quite salty). If you like it a little spicier, you can also add some finely chopped chili. Tastes best with fresh baguette. For us, the cream cheese is also a must at every barbecue.
