- 2 slice(s) puff pastry, frozen, 10×20 cm
- 60 g milk chocolate or nougat chocolate
- 1 egg yolk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Place the puff pastry on a board and let it thaw for about 15 minutes. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out the cookies using Christmas-themed cutters, such as stars. Place a piece of chocolate between two cookies. Brush the edges of the stars with egg yolk and gently press down to prevent the chocolate from running. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
