Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter or margarine
  • 160 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 175 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 150 g chocolate (Kinder chocolate), grated
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Recipe with 150 grams of Kinder chocolate, for 12 pieces

For the base, cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Finally, fold in 100g of the grated chocolate. Preheat oven (fan assisted) to 160°C. Grease a springform pan, pour in the batter, and bake at 160°C for about 35-50 minutes, depending on the oven; do the skewer test. Allow the cake to cool in the pan. In the meantime, prepare the topping. To do this, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream until stiff peaks. Spread the topping over the cooled base, sprinkle with the remaining 50g of chocolate shavings, and refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours. Chill the cake until ready to serve. A delicious, moist, and easy-to-make cake that will be a hit with anyone. Can also be made with other chocolates (milk, dark, etc.).
