Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour, smooth
- 400 g butter
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup of jam (currant or apricot jam)
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 23 minutes
is already crumbly the next day
Cut the butter into pieces, add all the ingredients, and quickly knead into a dough. Let it rest in a cool place for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick, cut out biscuits, and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat). Spread the mixture with jam and sprinkle with icing sugar.
