super tender and delicious cookies

First, use an electric coffee grinder to make powdered sugar from the fructose. Then, cream together the butter, powdered fructose, salt, and vanilla until fluffy. Next, add the cornstarch and flour and mix everything into a smooth dough. If you like, you can also add other flavors, such as lemon zest, nuts, cocoa, or something similar. Then, form the dough into small balls and bake them for 8-10 minutes at 200°C. The cookies should still be very light in color and have a slight cracking on the surface.
