Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g walnuts, ground
- 50 g almond butter
- 50 g maple syrup
- 150 g oat flakes
- 60 g applesauce
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Dark chocolate coating
- Walnuts

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Christmas cookies without white sugar, without butter, without flour
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend or grind until fine. If you don’t have a blender, you can first finely grind the oats and then mix them with the remaining ingredients. It will probably work even if the oats aren’t ground. Preheat oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Form the very sticky dough into small balls and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Flatten the balls slightly with a wet spoon. Bake in the preheated oven for about 13 minutes. Once cooled, cover the cookies with melted dark chocolate and garnish with walnuts.
