Apple cake with cream pudding icing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 4 apples (depending on size)
  • 3 cups of whipped cream (200 g each)
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the base, knead the first 6 ingredients into a dough and press into a greased springform pan (with a rim). For the topping, peel and quarter the apples, and spread them over the cake. For the icing, combine the whipped cream with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and vanilla pudding powder. Bring everything to a boil and pour over the apples while still hot (it will be quite runny). Bake the cake for approximately 70 to 80 minutes in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat).
