Nut chocolates

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 75 g flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 250 g cornstarch
  • 1 package hazelnuts, whole
  • 1 pack of chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Delicious nut balls, makes about 40 pieces

Make a simple dough from the dough ingredients and refrigerate for an hour. Roll out the dough and cut out even circles (4-5 cm in diameter, works well with shot glasses) and place a hazelnut in the center of each. Close the dough over the nut, form balls, and bake them at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Then decorate with chocolate coating. If you want to go to the trouble, you can, of course, cover the balls all over with chocolate coating; I find it too messy, so I only dip half of the balls in the chocolate.
