Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 8 eggs
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 500 g plums
  • sugar and cinnamon
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the baking tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sheet cake

Cream the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and fold in. Grease a baking sheet and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the batter on the sheet and arrange the pitted, halved plums on top. Bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.
