Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 kg apples
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • Powdered sugar or lemon glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Make a dough from flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, milk, and butter. Chill for 30 minutes, roll out into two portions, and place one portion in a greased springform pan. Peel and slice the apples. Then sauté with 50g sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 50g raisins. Sprinkle with 50g sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon rum and place in the springform pan. Then place the dough lid on top and bake in the center of the oven at 200°C (400°F) using top and bottom heat for 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar or brush with lemon glaze.
