Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 175 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Chocolate pearls

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 100°C fan/convection oven. Separate the eggs and place the egg whites and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Beat stiff peaks with a hand mixer or a food processor on high speed. Add the lemon juice and gradually add the sugar while whisking. Transfer the resulting mixture to a piping bag and pipe ghost-shaped towers onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 3 hours. Once cooled, garnish the ghosts with chocolate pearls to create ghost eyes. Alternatively, you can melt a little dark chocolate in a double boiler.
