Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter or margarine
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 240 g hazelnuts, ground
- 40 g flour
- 10 g cocoa powder

Finely grate the chocolate. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then stir in the eggs. Mix in the grated chocolate, hazelnuts, flour, and cocoa powder. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Quickly form the dough into balls about 2 cm in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving some space between them. Bake for about 15 minutes. After baking, let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Makes about 60 cookies.
