Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g quark
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 75 g sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon, to taste
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 jar applesauce, for the filling
  • 200 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 95 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the dough ingredients and knead thoroughly. Then roll out the dough on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the applesauce on the dough and smooth it down. Combine the crumble ingredients in a bowl, knead well, and grind into crumbles. Sprinkle the crumbles over the applesauce. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes at 175°C.
